Nishadantiya raaga :
A raaga that ends with Nishadam is termed as Nishandantiya raaga.

A good example of Nishandantiya raaga is the raaga 'Nadanamakriya'.
The arohanam and avarohanam of Nadanamakriya is :
15 mAyamALava gowLa janya
Aa: S R1 G3 M1 P D1 N3
Av: N3 D1 P M1 G3 R1 S N3
If you notice the arohanam of this raaga stops with the Nishadam(N3). Madyama Sruthi is used for Nishandantiya raagas.

Panchamantiya raaga:
PancamAntya ragas like kuRinji and navrOj are only replicas of shankarAbharaNam, but due to the truncation, they admit of limited sancAras and are usually rendered in madhyama shruti. Nevertheless they possess their own melodic individuality.

A raaga that stops with Panchamam and does'nt go further high to Nishadam and Shadjam.
A best example for a Panchamantiya raaga is Navroj. Navroj is the raaga best suited for lullaby.
