About Anandabhairavi:
Started in 1991, Anandabhairavi has conducted concerts, workshops, and seminars in NewJersey. Its primary thrust has been in
1) promotion of local talent,
2) preserving our musical tradition, and
3) teaching.
In the year 2000, Anandabhairavi conducted a 6-week workshop on Manodharma or improvisation in Carnatic Music.
The Local Artists Concert Series (with Ragam,-Tanam-Pallavi) was started in December 2000. Under this banner, concerts of Radha Kalyan, Rajeswari Satish, Harish Neelakandan, Sam Natarajan, Madurai R. Sundar, and Bhavani Prakash, have been organized. A half-hour workshop on music by Dr. Bhavani Prakash and Prakash Rao is included in each of these concerts.

From Garden State Parkway:

Take Exit 131 to Rte. 27 South
At the next traffic light, turn right on Wood Ave.
At the next traffic light, turn left on Oak Tree Rd.
Pass Grove Ave and Plainfield Ave / New Dover Rd traffic lights.
At the next traffic light (A&P on right), turn left into office complex.
Turn right into the 902 block, and right again to the front of the block.
AIM is on your left.

From New Brunswick and points south on US 1:

Take Route 1 North. Pass Rte. 18 and the Raritan River Bridge.
Make a jug-handle left turn to Rte 529 (Stelton Rd.)
Pass Rte 27 and Edison Station.
Turn right on Brunswick Rd.
At end of the road, turn left on Talmadge Rd.
At third traffic light, turn left on Rte 531 / Park Ave.
At second traffic light, turn right on Oak Tree Rd.
At next traffic light (A&P on right), turn right into office complex
Turn right into the 902 block, and right again to the front of the block.
AIM is on your left.
